There are a number of international travel restrictions in place right now due to the coronavirus pandemic. Many countries have closed their borders to all but essential travel, and even then there are often a number of restrictions in place. For example, you may need to quarantine for a certain period of time upon arrival, or provide evidence of a negative coronavirus test. There are also a number of countries that have banned travel from specific countries that have been particularly affected by the pandemic.<\/p>\n

The White House has announced that vaccines will be required for international travelers coming into the United States, with an effective date of November 8, 2021. For purposes of entry into the United States, vaccines accepted will include FDA approved or authorized and WHO Emergency Use Listing vaccines. This is a major change in policy and will have a significant impact on travel.<\/p>\n
