Do you need a Covid vaccine to enter Scotland
As of now, anyone over the age of 18 who is fully vaccinated and entering Scotland from a non-red list country will be required to complete a passenger locator form and take a COVID-19 PCR test within two days of arrival. This is to help keep the spread of the virus under control and to keep everyone safe.

Good news! Most people in Scotland no longer need to test for coronavirus. Do you still need Covid cert to fly?
Some countries may require proof of vaccination for COVID-19 while others may not. The EU Digital COVID Certificate can be used to show that you are vaccinated against COVID-19 if you are travelling to the United States, for example.
Self-isolating will no longer be mandatory from 1st May 2022, however, those with Covid-19 symptoms or who have received a positive test are asked to stay at home. This change in advice is in line with the Scottish Government’s aim to gradually ease restrictions and return to a more normal way of life.

If you are travelling to the UK, you must retain your notification of a negative COVID-19 test result until you have passed through the UK border. You may be fined if you do not follow these travel rules.
You may not need to take a pre-departure test if you have a work-related exemption or if you have a reasonable excuse.
You do not need a COVID-19 booster vaccination to get an NHS COVID Pass for domestic use in England. Your NHS COVID Pass can be scanned to check and validate your COVID-19 vaccination status in venues in over 40 countries, including those in the EU.
How do I check my Covid status in Scotland?
You can download a copy of your COVID Status online by logging in using your unique username and password. Your username can be found in your coronavirus vaccination appointment letter.
The advice for travel from Britain to Ireland is to follow the guidance of the government of Ireland. travellers are no longer asked to complete a COVID-19 Passenger Locator Form and travel carriers will not ask to check a PLF receipt prior to travel to Ireland.
